Is my PS no good?

Hi, I have had this Antec TruePower550 for a little less than a year. I just installed MBM for no reason and everything looks reasonable except for the -12V rail which reads -6.93V and the -5V rail which reads -3.33V. I know these aren't really used for anything in modern computers but could it be a sign of a dying PS?

I'm powering the following hardware with this PS:
P4 2.6C @ 3.25 for now Vcore=1.55
1GB PC4000 DDR (2 x Corsair 512 sticks)
ATI 9800XT
74GB Raptor SATA
80GB WD 7200rpm EIDE
250GB 7200rpm SATA
ASUS 1604P DVD/RW
LiteOn 52x CD/RW
Pioneer DVD-115 reader only
floppy
Audigy 1
NIC
3 x 80mm case fans, 1 x 80mm Vantec Tornado on SLK900 for cpu.

Got all my watercooling gear, just need time to install it.

Software readings are known to be horrendously inaccurate at times. If you want some good absolute voltages, bust out a multimeter and measure your 12V and 5V from a molex.

.

No they can be safely ignored

since there is no load on them wild readings are perfectly normal
besides they amount to about, or less than, an amp a peice
