Is my Power supply enough

I have a Antec TruePower 430 and Today i Realized i was out of power connectors and i want to make sure it has the juice to run every thing. This is for the rig in my sig it has three hard drives one sata 200 one pata 200 and a 16 pata 2 120 mil fans an antec v cool for the vid card two optical drives and i think thats it. with the dual 12 volts rails i think im ok but i would like to hear it from the experts thank you.
 
I've got an older 430 running in my server case. It's got 2 optical, 4 harddrives, plus essentials. You should be fine. I'm trying to remember what program I use to monitor my voltages on my gaming rig, but I can't and it's RAM isn't inserted right now. Nor can I find it on google, sorry. But, again, you should be fine. I've been running steady for 2 or 3 years with it.
 
Thanks I figured i was fine but i like to make sure it would be a shame to kill a componate with a power supply that is to weak. And to anyone else it is a TruePower 2.0 so it has the 24 pin connector
 
Does that make a dif are the old ones better than the new. Now you got me worried
