My PC configuration is

CPU: Intel Pentium D 915*
Clock Speed: 2.8GHz
Cache: 2*2 MB
Motherboard: Orignal Intel 945GNT
RAM: 1GB DDR2 667MHz From Transcend
HDD: 2 Segate SATAS 160GB each

I am using Windows XP professional 64-Bit which is running pretty smooth? Can someone give me any Idea with windows Vista will it run with same smoothness even while playing highly graphical games? Or do I need to upgrade the RAM?
 
You should be just fine, more ram would be better but it will run just fine with 1gb.
 
Either do the smart thing and look around MS' site, or Google: "Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor".
