is there a way like software or something i can see if its working? my mb is hot as hell in side and my internal temp is 61 degrees it hurts to touch the side where the mother board is. how do i check my liquid cool?

disregard my specs on bottom.
 
A program like Everest, Motherboard Monitor, or Speedfan should tell you your CPU temperature.
 
chances are the answer is "no, it is not working"

however more info would really help.

what pump do you have? have you bled the air out of the system? have you checked for kinks in your tubing? do you have ANY idea of what you are doing? did you check for good contact between your block and the core? and so on........

Posting in two different forums will get you no where. Take a deep breath and post your specs.
 
I would say it is working, poorly. If it wasn't you would have cooked the system by now.
