Is my cpu freezing my pc?

I changed yet:
-RAM Memory
-PSU
-MoBo
-GPU
-Reinstalled SO

It have random freezes maybe on startup or in 3-4 mins

PC specs:
Asus M5A97 plus
FX 6300
16GB RAM 1600Mhz
Gtx 1050 Ti


I had this issue since 7 months ago..

what hard drive are you using. My living room pc with a crappy old hdd freezes until it finishes with the hdd, shows 100% for about 3-5 min after startup.

Toshiba 1tb 1yo,but i think its the hdd too,that of 100% also happened to me
