Is my CPU 50 or 79 degrees C?

With all settings at default in the BIOS, it shows the CPU temperature as around 50 degrees. However, because I've been having a problem with random rebooting, I tried increasing the memory voltage by one level. Now the BIOS says that the CPU is 79 degrees...which would obviously explain rebooting issues!

Which one of these numbers should I trust, though? I have a Soltek QBic paired up with an Athlon64 3400+, if that helps anyone.

What Mobo do you Have, I know some can have problems... and need a patch.
