Is it worth it to sell my P180 that I've modified to get another case?

I'm looking at the 900 on the egg for $60(after MIR), and the cm690. I would LOVE a LILI especially the a05, but I'm almost as fickle as a woman shopping for pants when it comes to a decision like this. ;)

(does this make my GPU look fat?)

But seriously, do you think it's worth it to sell it? i would like to free up some funds for a better GPU (which I'm selling), and possibly a better PSU. Everything else is fine.

Stipulations for the new case are - tons of HDD bays for future expansion, removable 'bling' (if it has bling), excelent cooling. The ability to be modded extensively.

Any other good/cheap suggestions?
 
Well my question would be what price would u want for the P180 :)

It's the 'old' body style BUT I've modded holes in the mobo tray, and lower chamber to help airflow.

New it sells for $130(ish) on the egg. Mine has a few scratches, nothing major... and a few other flaws.. nothing really terrabad. I have all the drive rails, and whatnots.

I'd say $100 shipped? jeeze, now I need to put it in the FS/FT forum... Gimmie a PM of you're interested.. price and whatnot. I'll upload pix of the cuts tonight.

id definitely buy the antec 900.... oh wait I did..... I also posted the deal!!!!! :D

anyhow... Id say if you can find someone to buy the old case... sure....

I actually sold my antec 900 to buy a p182... But thats because I wanted something quiet I could have in m room while im sleeping/downloading. You should be able to find someone to buy your p180 (not me) but don't expect $100 or more for it.
 
I'm not solid on that price, if I sell it.. I'd like to get enough towards a new case. So, not $100, but not $10..

What's reasonable?
 
I personally would not sell the P180 for the 900, but that's just me.

If you were really going to "upgrade" I'd say Lian Li all the way. I know you want extra money for other upgrades, but they make the best cases out there imo.

The A05 or whatever you said, it's not the mini-tower is it? If so, it won't have the expansion room you need...
 
I don't really use a DVD drive - rarely, and I can use it externally.

I would get a drive converter for the HDD needs.
 
I know what you mean about cases. I bought a CM330 only to buy the RC690 2 days later. Wasn't fully content with that and just bought the LiLi. Never looked back =)

For P180s in mint condition with all accessories, they go for $70 shipped from what I've seen. I'm sure shipping will not be cheap.

I still own my p180... and will as it is gonna be my p4 3.0ht gaming server

but my new q6600 going in the 900.... and the 900 doesnt seem as sturdy... but I am going to mod it to make it nicer... :D
