Is it possible?

Yes and no.

Two cards should fit in an SLI board, but I don't see anything that says that two of those cards can work together in SLI.

So you could put two cards in and run two monitors on each I think, but getting the two cards to work together on games or any thing else will not work.

The Wildcat is a workstation professional 3D card. SLI works for cards without the bridge. Didn't some company put two 6800 cores on one PCB? The SLI bridge is only a flimsy connector that fits between two Nvidia cards. The Voodoo 2 SLI had to have 3 cables. You chained up the Voodoo 2 cards and then you needed a separate 2D videocard also, so that was 3 cards...unless you bought a Quantum 3D Obsidian 24MB beast for about $1000.

As a workstation card, the Wildcat is not designed for games but rendering 3D graphics work. Don't buy it for games, it'll suck. It probably won't even fit in your case.
 
Having two separate cards does NOT automatically enable SLI- it has to be an NVidia chip with support for it, meaning 6600GT or higher. (Still waiting to see how ATI's AMR fares, but who knows when that'll be?)

(Gigabyte and Asus both have dual 6600GTs on one PCB, no 6800s yet)
