Is it possible to utilize Quick Sync on WHS 2011 ?

I am in the process of hardware planning for a WHS 2011 server and was wondering if it was possible to utilize Intel's Quick Sync technology on the WHS 2011 system. I have heard that it requires you to be logged into the system as opposed to operating it remotely to utilize that feature and I wanted to double check.
 
When you say operating it remotely are you talking about using remote desktop connection to connect and control the machine?
 
If using RDP connection to the WHS box then I don't believe it will work due to the way RDP works with drivers and video output.
 
You'll probably want to use the following software to operate the machine remotely: teamviewer or logmein
 
Oh also RAdmin is a slick remote software program and bomgar as well though I only use that because it is available to me through work. I prefer radmin and hamachi especially if you wanted to create a private network that all your computers can talk to each other without having to sign into something. Mesh network or other options available.
