Is it considered as a good OC?

i oced my radeon 9700np
its original speeds are 276/270 and i oced it to 377/290
and my score jumped from 4438 to 5080
is it considered good or i could do more?

My 9700np couldnt hit 290 core with A+ air cooling, so feel lucky
