extremely common scam on ebay. if it's too good to be true, it almost always is.... especially if the account has 0 activity for months on end and then suddenly has a ridiculously low price on something.
 
You'd think the scammers would make it look less scammy, but then again, they will still sell out to all the people thinking "but maybe...."
