Is creative still having problems with VIA chipsets?

I am considering purchasing an A64 system, but I am leaning towards an nForce chipset because of problems in the past with Creative soundcards and VIA chipsets.

Is this still something to worry about because I have an Audigy 2 ZS and that would suck if I won't be able to use it?

I have a VIA chipset mobo for my A64 with an Audigy 2 and I have no problems at all.
