Is Aquatuning normally difficult to deal with?

They've been sitting on my order for over a week even though all items show as being in stock. They haven't responded to emails or their contact form, and they also don't answer their phones.

I hate having a big build collecting dust just because one vendor is being slow.

Did you pay through paypal or major credit card? If so they may be able to help you if you're getting no response from the seller. Bummer.

I used a major CC, but it's still a headache I'd rather not have to deal with. I can foresee this ending with me having two full sets of parts.
