Is anyone else using a HDD Mounting Kit?

I ordered a few sets of these hard drive mounting kits and after using them, I've noticed that my hard drives seem to be vibrating. Is this a common thing with these, or did I get my 99 cents worth?
 
All drives vibrate a bit, what's probably happening is the brackets are amplifying the sound into the case so it's far louder, try getting some rubber grommets to set teh drive apart from the case a bit and that should reduce teh noise.
 
Thanks for the info, now I can quit worrying about my drives dying on me. I'll try the rubber grommet idea and see if it helps.
