IS AGP being outdated?

I know PCI-E is the next best thing, but is AGP done in for? The reason I ask is I want to upgrade when BF2 comes out, but I dont know if I want to make the switch to PCI-E yet. Are agp video cards going to be limited, or will they plan to make agp cards along with pci-e cards? Your input will be useful.........also, in my current setup, what would u upgrade?

Um...PCI-E isn't significantly faster than AGP 8X, no more than AGP 8X was significantly faster than AGP 4X. Raising the theoretical peak bandwidth of the signalling method doesn't mean a damn thing if the device that's connected doesn't actually NEED more bandwidth.

I don't see any reason you should have problems playing anything on your current hardware as listed, although hopefully you have a second data drive as 36GB fills up really fast.
