is my 240 radatior enough for a e6850 overclocked and a 8800gts with full cover block?
 
Depends what you mean by "overclocked"

I ran my E6300 @ 3.5 and my 8800GTS (stock) on a single BIP 240 Xflow radiator. Moving up to a triple BIP Xflow radiator reduced my load temps by 6c.

You should be fine, but don't expect magnificent temperatures.
 
well currentaly im at 4ghz but ill prob tune it down a bit cuz its not fully stable. i just want low cpu temps and a silent video card/pc.
