is 700w good enough for my system?

Im building a semi new rig with a new 8800gts and was wondering if this psu had enough juice to run everything.

ocz 700 watt psu
Asus a8n32sli-deluxe
amd 4600+ x2
2x 250gb stripe harddrives
soundblaster x-fi gamer
2gb balistix memory ddr 400
8800 gts
