here's my build I'm piecing together:

Q6600 @ 3.2Ghz
Gigabyte DS3
2GB OCZ ram at 2.1V
3x 320GB SATA hard-drives
2x Sony/NEC optiarc DVD-RW's
P180B with 3 fans running
Ninja Scythe
POSSIBLE: 320MB 8800

So will the Corsair CMPSU-620HX give me the head room to run this all efficiently, or would I need more?

i guess you are talking about the corsair psu? i am running everything in my sig on that one. Love it very much

Yeah dude.

HX620 will run SLI 8800GTX and won't flinch. You will be just fine.
