Is 43-45*C idle normal for a E6400 Core 2 Duo?

That's what I'm getting. Stock heatsink seems to be flat and properly placed. No overclocks. Running a AMD64 3200 on this rig that I'm posting from, which idles around 30-32*C, which is what i'm used to. Just double checking consensus to see if it's my particular conroe or if it's just the nature of the beast at stock.

The bios temperature isn't the idle temperature, as SpeedStep, C1E and Halt aren't working in this mode. You also can't directly compare temperature readings from two different processor families.

Yep, false concern. Core Temp reports 33*C idle with stock HS. Excellent.
