Hi, i was wondering if a 380w psu is ok for this build? (it comes with the case)

I'd pass on it.

Since you're on a budget, try the XClio goodpower 500w.
 
Get the case without the PSU, and go for either that 500W XClio Bbq recommended, or the 450W XClio.
