Is 350Watts enough for this system??

I am building a conroe system with the following components...

E6300
2GB DDR2 800 RAM
ATI 1300Pro video card
two hard drives (120 and 320)
Three soundcards (I'm a musician)
Gigabyte DS3 motherboard

I do plan on doing some basic overclocking. Is a 350Watt power supply enough for this?? A 350W Antec power supply comes with the case I'm getting and I'd like to use it. If it won't work, then I've got a 430Watt Antec Pure power power supply that I could use if I had to. Thanks in advance for your time.

Go with the antec 430. you don't *need* 500+w, especially since conroe consumes little energy, the x1300 consumes almost none, 2 hard drives, that's not an extremely stressing system.

it will work like I said on Xtremesystems. Overclocking might push it a bit. But either way only overclock 1. I thought you were getting a 7900gt.. that's still quite a low power draw though...

you are the same guy who posted over on XS right?

I have never posted on XS before. Maybe someone just has my name.
