okay, i am paranoid. I have been looking all over at PSUs and i Have seen ones that have 1 12v rail with like 28-33A and I have seen ones that have 2 12v Rails with like 15-18A each. Now my question is should i get one with 2 rails or just one 12v rail? I may want to upgrade later so I am taking that into consideration. I am also looking at the remended PSUs (Fortron, Enermax, Antec). Plus the 2 12v rail psu are failry similar in price to 1 12v rails so i have no reason money wise to shun one or the other. Any info would be great. If curous what my current setup is, check out my sig.

the advantage is that if ur hard drives are working hard and cd roms going and any other 12v item, your motherboard voltage will not change. it's got it's own independent rail that is only affected by the motherboard.
