IRQ?

In Device Manager, my card (7950GT EVGA) has a IRQ of 16. I checked other things and under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers", I have the Intel ICH8 Family USB Universal Host Controller IRQ set at 16. Is this bad? If so, I tried changing it, but It doesn't work. I'm just curious...I don't know NOTHING about IRQs.

DS3 MotherBoard
1 gig RAM
550w PSU

If you are running XP leave them alone, XP manages IRQs and sets up virtual IRQ spaces

usually "I tried changing it, but It doesn't work." and "I don't know NOTHING about IRQs" shouldn't go together in one sentence!
