Thing is, I'm having the EXACT same problem after my installation of SP2. So right now, I'm trying to find some time to re-format and not install SP2 untill it's actually working.
What happenes with me besides the conflicts is that I restart randomly.

I have a lot of workarounds going on, with some IRQs and DMAs being set to reserved, reinstalling cards and rebooting, and there are some setting changes through BIOS (haven't checked lately). There are ways of 'forcing' certain settings to be used.... I haven't installed SP2 yet.

no.. not really..
I guess you could try removing the cards.. booting into windows w/o them and then put them back in different slot..
ACPI manages IRQs. Your system is fine.

IRQ sharing has been mandated for over 10 years. Any problems could be non-compliant drivers (like those for old SoundBlasters).
If nothing else, you could reinstall and when you see the message to press F6 for third-party storage drivers, press F5 and choose Standard PC as your HAL rather than ACPI.
