IPS Glow: 27" Versus 23"

My surface pro has a lot worse glow than my Crossover 27Q and my Cintiq 24 is inbetween yet my iphone has the best level of glow out of the four.
From my experience it probably depends on the monitor.

What I've heard is that IPS glow tend to be more noticeable in larger monitors.
Reason I'm asking is because of this Viewsonic monitor... It comes in two sizes (23" and 27").
VX2370SMH-LED and VX2770SMH-LED

IPS glow is probably dependent on the quality of the panel. If it is something that really bothers you you'll probably either have to go used or spend more money to insure quality.
Like JayJapan I have a a Korean monitor with almost no glow whatsoever so at least on that front it is a gamble. Reason I suggest buying used is that you'll know for certain it has an acceptable amount of glow if you get good shots before buying. Friend has a Dell IPS with worse glow then my monitor.
