Ipod Video clicking sounds

When I change songs, my ipod makes these clicking sounds. It gets annoying after a while and I was wondering if there's any way to fix it. Thank you!
 
does it do it when you adjust the volume too?

if so, go into the settings and change the "clicker" setting to "off."
