iPod Touch dock help

Ok, so im looking for a cheap dock for my wifes iPod Touch 32gb (gen 3).

I want it to dock, sync with the PC, and charge over AC so it will charge when the PC is off at night. 3.5mm stero out would be nice too

I found on on ebay for super cheap. It however says its not compatible with the newer firmware versions. But I can only imagine that the remote and AV will not work, but the USB sync and AC charging will work still. Wich is all I want.

What do you think?

Yea I saw those, there as cheap as $3+2 shipping! However, they use the USB iPod cable, and will not charge when the PC is off. Unlike my PC my wifes is only on when she is sitting at her desk.. she is so green

I would like a dock that has USB for sync and AC to charge when the PC is off.
