Hey, i've been using my ipod's stopwatch for timing myself when i run. I was wondering, is it possible to directly remove the lap times and data from the stop watch? I can't remember if itunes has the ability to do that.

The built-in stopwatch app is kind of a throwaway thing they did to show the iPod could do more than just play music.

Mad_Pyro is right, there's Nike Plus, which is a pedometer that interfaces with the iPod. The "Nike+ Sport Kit" is only $30, but it only works with the Nano. Apple didn't want people running with a hard drive based iPod.
