If I buy a iPod or iPhone off someone who has iTunes acct can I just reset the phone and creat my own account on it?? This way I can buy apps or games from the app store as I will have my own acct. He won't tell me the password and i don't blame him. I just don't want any problems with my new device.
 
Oh yeah, you can just plug it into iTunes and restore with the latest firmware no problem.
 
Thanks man. Also I don't have a pc can I put music on my iPod touch without a pc???
 
Yea, with a wifi connection and the itunes store app and it downloads directly to your ipod touch. Just be sure to sync with a pc/mac to back it up.
 
So I can just go to iTunes store on my touch download a song and it will be right on my iPod??
