Is the iPhone's "unlimited mobile to mobile" limited to ATT phones, or any service provider, any phone?

Also, for this and the nights/weekend minutes, will those minutes still show under the usage section "Current Period" or just under the "Lifetime" section?

"Mobile to Mobile Minutes: Mobile to Mobile Minutes may be used, subject to the above provisions governing unlimited usage, when directly dialing or receiving calls from any other Cingular phone number from within your calling area. Mobile to Mobile Minutes may not be used for interconnection to other networks. Calls to Cingular Voicemail and return calls from Voicemail not included."

for your second question, I assume that you're referring to the billing cycle- all usage shows up on a monthly basis, ie it will show you how many anytime, night+weekend, mobile to mobile and rollover minutes have been used each month.
