iPhone 14 Pro speaker sounds distorted at or near max volume

If I listen to music via Apple Music, the speaker sounds distorted at or near max volume. Is this normal? I'm pretty sure it happens with YouTube and other apps/things too.

They're probably becoming worn out. I didn't have that issue with my 14, but they are very tiny speakers, so they won't be able to take much abuse over time. I would contact Apple about the issue and see if they have any solutions.

No, not normal. A 14 should still be under warranty if you bought AppleCare+.

Definitely NOT normal.
Was the phone exposed to water/fluid or a lot of dust?

try blowing them out and then contact apple is you have apple care.
