iPad -- how is the music player?

No one has really touched (no pun intended) on it yet. How is the music component? Is it essentially the same as the iphone/ipod touch, or is there some new flare/functionality? While I'll probably wait for 2nd gen, I'm really having to hold back. It looks like a lot of fun

Idk how music works in the touch so I'll describe it the best i can. The music player reminds me of a simple version of itunes honestly. It's streamlined, compact, and just easy haha.

Plus the speakers on this bad boy are decent in a quiet room.

Edit: and feel free to give in to this desire. Its a good thing.

It's pretty good just get a pair of bt headphones and it's pretty damn nice.

Works great with my rocketfish headphones, synching is pretty much the same as iPhone.

It doesn't work with Microsoft sync. I'm hoping they push an update to ford
