IP35 or IP35-L or IP35 Pro

All of these boards were recommended to me. My question is will all of them overclock the same? Is the difference between them just more "bells and whistles" ??

Using dualcore you wont see any difference then its all features.
If your using a quadcore then its a ip35-Pro a given choice due to the extra power stuff the board has.

I use a ip35-e, didnt need firewire, use 4sata ports, no need for crossfire and it clocks like a champ.
done 500fsb and 4ghz but then I open the door to the cold outside ;)
3800ghz 24/7.
