IP35-E @ newegg?

Yea, I saw it listed in stock this morning, but by the time I was able to go through checkout, it was out of stock again.

The markup everywhere else on these boards is ridiculous - half of the sites I've checked are charging less for the IP35 than they are the IP35-E. I've actually been eyeing MSI's P35 Neo2-FR now, since ClubIT has it for 90$AR. Seems to have gotten pretty favourable reviews from what I've found, but I don't really see it come up very often at all. Saw it compared favourably to Gigabyte's DS3R in terms of easy OC'ability & simple value for the dollar, but like I said, any word about it seems to be few & far between.
So... anyone have any experience with the Neo2-FR?
