IP35-E doesnt load Vista with 4x2GB

It boots up but I get to a screen saying something about Vista being corrupted and it wants me to insert the disc and repair the installation and everything.

2x2, 2x1, 4x1 are all good though. Each of those setups was with one brand of memory. If I tried to mix the to get 6GB it wouldnt even post. Any ideas?

EDIT: NM it worked after I set the timings manually.
 
Good to hear you got it working. I'm just about to pull the trigger on another 4 gig when I saw this post.
 
lol I was just about to order another two sticks of RAM myself and I could have sworn I've read that people had no problems populating all 4 slots. Glad to hear it worked out.
 
I never got all slots working on mine, but it might have just been the RAM brand.
 
Just to clarify I got it working with 8 (4x2GB) Kingston by manually setting the timings. Never bothered with the 6 (2x2 + 2x1) because they were diff brands.
