Can someone tell me what this means every time my internet kicks me off I get this error, and it's quite frequently.

IP Checksum offload means that the IP Checksumming is done on the NIC instead of the CPU. This shows as an "error" in Wireshark because it doesn't have access to the checksumming the NIC is doing, so can't confirm if it's all good.

The short of it is, that is very very very likely NOT the cause of any problems you'd be experiencing. However, you can easily turn it off on most NICs in the driver settings.
 
Okay thanks. The problem according to my cable company is now my "router". Not the modem or anything on their end of course. I did disable it in the card earlier today made things a lot worse.
