iOS 8 homepage crashing

when browsing the homepage i get constants "A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded". it happens about every 30-45 seconds.
 
i just started getting this too for the last 4 weeks.

i've got a iphone 5 w/latest update. it was happening with the update before this one too.
 
Do you have the same problem from any other platform on the same connection?
 
I have all Apple products and have not experienced this issue with the iPad, iPhone, iMac or Macbook Pro.

Couple of questions:
1. Browser name
2. Browser version
3. OS Version
4. Device type (i.e. iMac, iphone, etc)

Also make sure that you have installed all Apple updates

safari (stock)

just leave the just sit on the homepage for about 1 minute and it does it every time.
