Inversion (pixel-walk)

My HP LP2065 suffers from this.

Strong flicker indicates that the voltages in the monitor are misadjusted.

Exactly what voltages are wrong and how does this cause pixel walk?

There really isn't anything you can do about it but sometimes using custom timings can make difference. You could try using 75Hz (or even 85Hz if possible since according to one spec sheet it can do 94 kHz Horizontal Refresh Rate and 85 Hz Vertical Refresh Rate).

Doesn't that only apply to VGA?

Horizontal frequency: 30-94 kHz (VGA), 30-92 kHz (DVI),
Vertical frequency: 48-85 Hz (VGA), 30-92 kHz (DVI)
1600 x 1200 @ 60 Hz (native),
all VESA modes up to 1600 x 1200 @ 75 Hz (analog),
1600 x 1200 @ 60 Hz (digital)

The DVI vertical frequency is of course weong.
