intsaltion of new usb drivers turned the drivers off and now i cant use mouse or keyB

good grief--- Installation*

Just updated my usb driver--- as it went through the setup it turned off the current usb drivers that were running to update.. After it installed the new drivers it asked for me to click "finish" to complete the installation.. Only problem-- the usb's were still off from the uninstall and the clicking of finish i guess woudl restart the new ones.. so no mouse or keyboard to "finish" the job... so now when the computer turns on-- i have mouse and keyboard for bios-- but once windows starts it turns the usb back off.. So i cant go in and do a restore point or anything..

Its a new asus sabtertooth z87 mobo-- with none of the old ports to use a corded mouse or keyboard.. I only have usb's -- and there turned off(hand on forhead)

Now what do i do ?

Finally got it fixed.. to be honest dont know really what i did.. Finally got to a screen that let me load a driver or do a sys restore.. Did that and all good in da hood
