Intial Set Up Bios? HD? Issue?

I'm sort of at a loss of what to try next. The issue is I went through the initial windows copy phase ok, but now I cant get the computer to boot off of the HD, I'll just get a blank screen after the intial bios runs through.....any ideas are appreciated

MB=P5wd2e pre HD Seagate SATA 320 gig
