Intesting project

Well ive been building pc's for a good portion of my young life, but my dad asked me to build him a very diffrent pc. He wants a COMPLETLY silent pc, with a roomy HD and a video card that has 2 DVI outputs, and a gig of ram, for under $1000. Now im at a loss, becasue im not familiar with silent pc products.


Any one here ever build one, or know somthing about building one?



Any help would be helpfull
