internet works stuck on "acquring address" win2k3

We host about 15 web sites, however our network connection/adapter states "stuck on acquiring address"... all of our mail and websites are working, and so does our internet. We have about 15 ips assigned to this adapter with one dns server...

any reason why it would state it is acquiring address even though everything is working? we restarted and its been doing this for two days. I cleaned out our tcp settings for everything... so we had to re-enter in our ips ... then this issue arose. is there something else i can check?
 
Have you restarted since the problem arose? Rebooting has always fixed it for me.
 
Are you using DHCP on the server? Try stopping and starting the DHCP Client service.

Start > Run > services.msc
 
it was conflicting ips... we had the same ip on both servers.. that we use. so we removed it from the one and it solved itself out thanks guys
