My Internet speed is 1.5mgs but when I download something it will start out at 200kbs then slow down to about 35kbs. Is there something I need to do in the setting so it will work at the right speed?
 
There is more than likely nothing wrong on your end. I have had this happen to me too when I am downloading from a slow server. Is it happening all the time or just from some sites?
 
The other thing, is if you read your contract you're getting "speeds up to 1.5Mb/s". I'd be very surprised if you were guaranteed those speeds.
