Im having a problem with my internet where sometimes when i click IE explorer it goes and sometimes it just hangs and i have to control+alt+delete out of it.... also happens with aol instant messenger..... any outlook express... andyone have a clue? ive tried reintstalling drivers... everything.... do u guys think i need to reformat?
 
are you sure its internet-related or could it possibly be your system?

if its internet related try restarting your router/modem or releasing then renewing your network adapter.

go to run, type in cmd, then 'ipconfig /release' then 'ipconfig /renew'
 
I hope you have done the obvious, like checking for spyware and viruses. I usually do this with at least 2 spyware and 2 virus programs since they each are better at finding certain things. Have you checked your memory? Ran chkdsk?
 
Definitely not Internet related.
Clean some junk off your computer (spyware, adware, viruses).
