Can anyone recommend an appliance for load balancing between ISPs? Currently I am looking at the Barracuda Link Balancer?

You can use Cisco 1841 as long as its not 2 huge pipes.

or a 1900 or a 2900

Are you using BGP, or just trying to load balance two ISPs statically? If it's the latter, you're only going to be able to load balance outbound, and it will be across different IPs.

A Cisco router will work, but avoid the ISR G1s (1800/2800/3800) as they are going EoL.

I am going to plug my company here but what the hell!

We sell cuda and install the products too, the link balancer is super simple to setup and use, at a good price to :)
