Internet lags...Need help!

I am currently having a problem with my computer's internet periodically lagging. Sometimes when I am using my browser, the internet will slow down to a crawl where even google refuses to load. However, this problem is easily solved by going to my network connection and using its repair option. Everything is speedy again for a few hours and then slows down once again until the next repair.

If it helps, I am using the Realtek LAN on my MSI K8N Neo2. And I've scanned with the most recent updates of Ad-Aware and Spybot.

How many devices (computer, Xbox, VOIP, whatever) do you have connected to your network?
