Internet explorer and what it automatically does for files

When i go SP2 for XP, while webbrowsing it asked me what i wanted to do with filetypes, now whenever i click on a .zip file it automatically dls it and opens it, instead of it going to the Save Open Cancel dialog asking me where i want to save it to, does anyone know where i change this function? thanks a lot
 
Thanks, but I have mozilla but prefer IE, so can anyone actually answer my question?

Also, depending on where you are getting the file, you can always right-click.
