what is the best internal sound card with optical? obviouls with a resonable price of like 200 or under.
 
Probably the Terratec Aureon 7.1 Space or the Terratec DMX 6fire 24/96. Are you talking about the card with the best analog output and includes an optical output, or are you asking which card's optical output is best? If you are asking the latter, the differences from card to card are very small and dependent on what kind of source material is used.
