Internal USB without an add on card??

Anyone know of a good device that has an internal USB port that is NOT an expansion card? I would like a front panel reader or some sort of device that plugs into the mobo headers and has a USB pointing inside. Closest I can get right now is a 3.5 external type turned facing in like this:

My phone is bluetooth capable and I would like to get a receiver inside my PC case instead of having something sticking out. I have 2 of 4 slots already used on the slot cover blank and dont need or want to add a card.

Of course I want this to look good too, not just toss a cable laying on the bottom.

Drill i nice hole in a PCI cover and get a USB extention cable connected to the back of the motherboard
 
just buy that thing you linked us too and take it appart and insulate (wrap in electical tape) the silver part and just tape it somewhere hidden inside your case :)
 
I wouldn't stick your reciever inside of your case as it will probably get very poor reception. Way too much electrical noise inside of the case, and metal panels tend to interfere with radio signals.

Yeah, would it really kill you to have something stuck in a usb port on the back of your computer? No one looks there anyways.

More crap sticking out of the back of your computer = more gadgets = cooler ;) :D
