I need to get another USB internal header in order to hook up a drive to my system...unfortunately, I only have a USB expansion card that includes one port (and not a header) inside the system.

Is there anyway I can convert this port into a header, or else convert the female pin connector or wires from the flash drive into a standard USB plug to fit the internal USB port?

Take a old USB cable and cut the end off. rewire the cord to the drive and plug it into your card. Wires should be color coded,
